The switching output is activated as soon as a height difference is detected that
exceeds the minimum height difference that the equipment can detect (see the
specifications sheet for the minimum height difference).
Exceeding the measurement area in the direction of the sensor is possible. How-
ever, you must ensure that the beginning of the light line is within the measurement
area as a reference point (

In this software variant, no object information is taught in, because all height diffe-
rences are evaluated that are larger than the required minimum height difference.
The software and tolerance settings are "saved" by pressing the Teach In button.
Height fluctuations of the conveyor belt do not affect the measurement result (see
diagram). However, the height fluctuations must be within the measurement area.
