Audio streaming
Audio streaming is the transmission of audio data (music) via Bluetooth®, e.g. from a mobile phone to the CD tuner.
If you own a A2DP-capable Bluetooth® device, you can connect it with the CD tuner via the pairing procedure as
described further up in this manual and establish an audio transmission.
•
Make sure that both devices were connected via pairing.
•
Start playback/audio transmission on your Bluetooth® device (see the corresponding operating manual).
•
Press the button MODE (2), until BT AUDIO is displayed on the LC display (3).
•
Now audio transmission is activated.
Handling
•
If the volume inside your car is too high, you will not hear acoustic warning signals. This constitutes a danger to
yourself and other road users. Therefore, make sure the volume is at a suitable level.
•
Inattentiveness on the road might involve serious accidents. Operation of the hi-fi system may therefore only take
place if the traffic situation permits and you are not unduly distracted by operating the system.
•
For safety reasons, many countries demand the operation of hands-free equipment for making calls while driving.
You may only telephone in hands-free mode with automatic call accept. Numbers may only be dialled while the
vehicle stands still. Inform yourself accordingly prior to the use of the hands-free equipment and observe the
traffic laws of the country you are currently in.
•
Do not listen to excessively loud music for long periods of time. This may damage your hearing.
