Triceps push-ups with arm supports
(Fig. T)
Starting position
1. Place the mat (2) in front of the product.
2. Pull the integrated handles (1c) out of the prod-
uct and position them where you want them.
3. Set the product to your desired time and vibra-
tion intensity.
4. Start the product using the display and sit on
the mat with your back to the product.
5. Reach back, support yourself using the handles
and stretch your legs out.
End position
6. Tense your arm, buttock and abdominal muscles.
7. Press your buttocks up from the mat to the
height of the product.
8. Your elbows point away from your body and
your shoulders remain down. Make sure that
your head is in line with your spine and your
upper body is upright.
9. Remain briefly in this position and then return
to the starting position.
10. Repeat this exercise slowly, until the set time
has elapsed.
Important: maintain body tension during
the exercise and keep your shoulders
down.

reader app on your mobile or tablet.
1. Open the app to scan the QR code. Hold and
scan the QR code with your mobile or tablet.
Stretching
Take enough time to stretch after the exercises.
Some simple exercises to do this are shown below.
You should perform each exercise 3 times per side
for 15–30 seconds.
Note: do your stretching on a non-slip surface.
Neck muscles
1. Stand in a relaxed posture.
2. Pull your head gently to one side with one
hand, first to the left and then to the right. This
exercise stretches the sides of your neck.
Arms and shoulders
1. Stand up straight with your knees slightly bent.
2. Bend your right arm behind your head until your
right hand is between your shoulder blades.
3. Grip your right elbow with your left hand and
pull it backwards.
4. Change sides and repeat the exercise.
Leg muscles
1. Stand upright and lift one foot off the floor.
2. Rotate it slowly, first in one direction, then the other.
3. Switch feet after a while.
Important: make sure your thighs remain
parallel to each other. Push your pelvis for-
wards, keeping your upper body upright.
Storage, cleaning
When not in use, always store the product clean
and dry at room temperature. To stow the product
away, fold up the handle on the side of the
castors (1i) (Figs. C and D) and lift and pull on the
opposite handle as shown in Fig. F.
When not in use, the remote control (3) with the
case (4) can be stowed in the special compartment
(1h) provided for it (Fig. E). Protect the product from:
• shocks
• falls
• dust
• moisture
• direct sun light
• extreme temperatures
Store the product out of reach of children.
Short-circuit risk!
Water or other liquids penetrating the
case may cause a short-circuit.
• Never submerge the product in water or other
fluids.
• Make sure that water or other fluids do not
penetrate the case.
Risk of damage!
Incorrect handling of the product may
cause damage.
• Do not use harsh cleaners, brushes with metal
or nylon bristles or any sharp or metallic clean-
ing items such as knives, hard scrapers and the
like. These could damage the surfaces.
1. Disconnect the mains plug before cleaning.
2. Wipe the product with a slightly dampened cloth.
3. Let all parts dry completely afterwards.
