4 Instructions for mounting / schematic

The measuring system is connected to the drive shaft via an elastic coupling, which
compensates for any deviations in the axial and radial direction between the measuring
system and drive shaft. This avoids excessive strain on the bearings.
 Tolerances have to be gathered from the customized dimensional drawing
 Tolerance data of the coupling manufacturer must be observed
The centering collar with fit j6 centers the measuring system in relation to the shaft. It
is fixed to the machine of six screws in the flange.
The mounting plate receives only the dead weight of the measuring system and must
be bolted together without tension.
1 : Centering collar, fit j6
2 : Mounting plate, can be rotated in steps of 90°
3 : Coupling
4 : Connector hood, can be rotated around 180° (factory only)
