Using

1. According to the ingredients you want to
mix, insert the whisk (9), the dough
hook (7) or the flat beater (8) into the
motor unit and fill in the mixing bowl
with the ingredients to be mixed.
2. Low down the lifting arm and insert the
power cord into the wall socket.
3. To switch on the unit turn the rotary
switch (3) to the right. Start the appli-
ance by turning the main switch (2) to
the right. Always start with smaller
setting such as 1 or 2 and continue with higher setting. This will prevent in-
gredient splash-out and "flour puff" at start-up. The Pulse speed setting ena-
bles full power of the unit as long as you keep the rotary switch in this posi-
tion.
4. After mixing the ingredients thoroughly, first switch off the unit before
removing the mixing accessory from the mixing bowl. For removing the mixing
accessory, press it slightly upwards until the spring moves back. Then turn
the accessory counter clockwise and take off.

Hints

Do not operate the motor continuously for longer than 6 minutes when mixing
heavy dough. Allow the unit to cool down for approx. 10 minutes after operating
the mixer continuously for 6 minutes. The stand mixer becomes warm during use.
Please note, when mixing heavy dough with extended mixing time the top of the
motor housing will become hot and you may not be able to touch it. This is
normal.

Solid Ingredients: 1000 g
Liquid Ingredients: 1.2 Litres
Fill the mixing bowl only up to the MAX marking. The marking is shown outside
the mixing bowl. When mixing frothing liquids, first start with small amounts.
