Vanilla Cupcakes - Ingredients for approx. 24 cupcakes
Ingredients:
350 g flour
2 teaspoon (t) baking powder
1 pinch salt
225 g butter or margarine
300 g sugar
1 package vanilla sugar
4 eggs
150 ml milk
Preparation:
1. Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
2. Put butter and sugar into a bowl and stir until creamy. Whisk the eggs
individually together.
3. Alternately stir in flour and milk.
4. Fill dough into the baking cases (max. up to half) and bake for 20 to 25
minutes.
5. Allow the cakes to cool completely. Spread with vanilla butter cream and
decorate with pastry decoration.
Classic Chocolate Muffins - Ingredients for approx. 12 muffins
Ingredients:
150 ml milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp melted butter
200 g flour
100 g sugar
80 g coarsely chopped bittersweet chocolate
1 package vanilla sugar
½ package baking powder
2 -3 tablespoon (tbsp) cocoa
½ t baking powder
1 pinch salt
Glazing and decoration of your choice, such as chocolate coating with sugar
crumbles or hazelnut brittle.
