Cleaning and Storing
Disconnect the plug from the power source and allow the appliance to cool
completely before cleaning it! Do not immerse the muffin maker in water or any
other liquid! Do not clean the muffin maker in the dish washer.
Wipe the housing with a slightly moistened cloth. Do not clean the appliance
with aggressive chemicals or abrasives in order not to damage the surface.
Use a brush to remove crumbs and other particles from the muffin moulds and
wipe the cooled down non-stick coating with a kitchen towel to remove any
residues of oil.
To avoid contamination and burning due to left-over particles or oil, clean the
muffin maker after each use.
Store the power cord in the power cord storage (8) at the bottom side of the
device.
Store the device indoors in a room that is protected from dust, dirt, extreme
temperatures and humidity.

Hints

Fill all baking cases with approx. the same amount of dough before placing
them into the muffin maker. This ensures all cakes are baked evenly.
Depending on the thickness of the baking cases, you can use one or two
cases per cake.
Baking times may vary depending on the cupcake resp. muffin mixture and
baking case size.
Packet cake mixtures are suitable to use in the muffin maker. Use the recipe
and method as directed on the packet of the mixture.
Fill the baking cases only up to half, as the dough rises during baking.
If you intend to use the muffin maker without baking cases, the muffin moulds
(6) should be greased with butter, margarine, fat or vegetable oil before
baking.
Cupcakes and muffins can be frozen and thawed for later use. Allow the
cupcakes / muffins to cool completely. Then place them into an airtight
container and freeze.
