Cleaning the Filters
 To increase self-life of the filter and to maintain the suction power of the
vacuum cleaner, clean the filters in regular intervals.
 Allow the filters to dry completely before reinserting into the device. Do not
wash the filters in the washing machine and do not dry the filters in the dryer or
on the heater!
HEPA Filter
1. Remove the dust container. Turn the upper part of the
container counter clockwise and remove the lid of the dust
container.
2. Turn the HEPA filter gently counter clockwise until the locking
pins unlock from the frame. Pull out the filter.
3. Tap out the filter or wash it under running water. Use a soft
brush, if necessary.
4. Do not reinsert the HEPA filter in the container before the filter
is completely dry. The drying time of the filter is about 15 hours
at room temperature. Insert the filter in the frame and turn it
clockwise, until the locking pins lock in the provided notches.
5. If required, you can order a replacement HEPA filter under the
article no. 10 69 48. The filter set contains a HEPA Filter and a
motor exhaust filter.
Motor Pre-Filter
1. Fist remove the dust container and then take off the pre-filter.
2. Wash the filter under running water. The filter does not need to be replaced.
Motor Exhaust Filter
1. Pull the cover by the protruding clip and remove the motor filter cover. You can
tap out the filter or wash under running water.
2. Replace the motor filter after 9 months if the filter is washed frequently. Please
note that the filtration efficiency will reduce after repeated washing.
3. Do not reinsert the filter before the filter is completely dry.
