8.2 Requirements for the fitting

• For installation, all dimensional specifications and spacing
requirements of this manual, as well as other applicable
regulations, must be observed and complied with.
• The wall behind the oven, adjacent and surrounding surfac-
es,
as well as the adhesives used must be heat-resistant up to
100°C to prevent deformation of the surfaces or detachment
of the coating.
• There must be no rear panel or door or similar on the front
of the built-in niche to ensure ventilation and prevent the
appliance from overheating.
• The appliance must not be installed directly next to refriger-
ators or freezers, as the escaping heat can lead to unneces-
sarily high energy consumption and impair their function.
• Make sure that the floor on which the oven is placed can
support its weight, is level and horizontal and ensures a high
degree of stability.
• If you install a hob above the oven, make sure that the oven
and hob power cables are routed separately so that the oven
can be removed independently of the hob if necessary.
• The oven must be installed as shown in the illustration to
ensure optimum ventilation. It is recommended to allow at
least 40 mm clearance at the back of the appliance.
• Plan a minimum size of W560 × D570× H600 mm for the
installation niche.
