• wait for the wash to be performed (this takes roughly
50 seconds) ;
• when button
lashes to indicate that the wash-
ing cycle has been completed, remove both the ilter
holder and blind ilter, then replace the cofee ilter
in the ilter holder;
• reattach the ilter holder to the dispensing group
and start the rinsing cycle by pressing button
• wait whilst the automatic rinse cycle is being per-
formed (roughly 30 seconds); this is indicated by the
lashing
and
• all of the buttons will light up to indicate that the rinse
cycle has inished;
• repeat the same operations for the other groups.
If using the version with an autosteamer, the STOP/PROG. button
can be used on any keypad. Use the
of the group you want to be washed .
If there is a power failure during the washing or rinsing cycle, when
the machine turns back on, the button
indicate that the washing cycle was interrupted.
The operation will need to be performed again to remove any
detergent remaining in the group.
8.5.4 Perforated disk cleaning
Weekly perform the cleaning of the perforated disk
in the following way:
• Remove the seal (1) by
levering it with a screw-
driver, being careful not
to damage it;
• remove the perforated
disk (2) and wash it with
hot water;
• place the perforated disk
and seal back to the original position.

8.5.5 Unit and ilter holder spray nozzle cleaning
Clean daily the unit and ilter holder spray nozzles
with brush provided.
Thoroughly clean the inside of the coupling ring and
ilter holder, as well as the edge and the wings of the
ilter holder, so as to eliminate any accumulated cofee
residues..
Use the special toothbrush supplied (see Spare Parts Catalogue).
8.5.6 Steam nozzle/autosteamer cleaning
Clean the steam spout once a week as follows:
• Immerse the spout in a jug with
water and a specific detergent
according to manufacturer's in-
structions;
• heat the solution with the steam
of the spout;
• let the spout cool of keeping it
immersed in the solution for at least 5 minutes to
allow the detergent to rise inside the spout by cool-
ing efect;
• repeat the operation 2 or 3 times until milk is deliv-
ered.
