DESCRIZIONE
DELLA MACCHINA
La gru oggetto di questo catalogo è
stata progettata e costruita per operare
nel sollevamento verticale, con gancio,
di carichi non vincolati.
Le norme utilizzate per il progetto sono
le DIN1 501 8: la classe di sollevamen-
to prescelta e' la H1, il regime di
carico e' il B3.
Questo significa che la vita prevista
della gru è pari a 600000 cieli di lavoro
ad un regime di carico leggero, oppure
200000 cieli di lavoro ad un regime di
carico medio.
Si definisce ciclo di lavoro la serie di
operazioni che si effettuano dal
momento che si stacca il carico dal
suolo fino al momento in cui lo si
ripone nel luogo voluto.
Si definisce regime di carico leggero
quello in cui la gru solleva raramente i
carichi di targa, mentre solleva fre-
quentemente carichi dell'ordine dei
33% di quelli di targa.
Si definisce regime di carico medio
quello in cui la gru solleva non fre-
quentemente i carichi di targa, mentre
solleva solitamente carichi dell'ordine
dei 66% di quelli di targa.
In base a quanto scritto sopra si
considerano usi impropri della gru i
seguenti:
- Sollevamento di carichi
vincolati:sradicamento di alberi,
estrazione di pali.
- Trascinamento di carichi.
- Spinta di carichi.
- Sollevamento di persone.
- Utilizzo di ambienti esplosivi.
- Utilizzi fuori dal campo della tempera-
tura ambiente -10°C +40°C.

DESCRIPTION
The crane subject of this cataloque
has been designed and made to lift
non-constrained loads vertically with a
hook.
The standards used for the design are
DIN 15018: the chosen lifting ciass is
H1, the loading system is B3.
This means that the expected service
life of the crane is equal to 600000
work cycles with a light load system, or
200000 work cycles with a medium
load system.
A work cycle is defined to be the set of
operations carried out from the
moment the load leaves the ground to
the moment it is put back down in the
desired piace.
A light load system is defined to be
when the crane rareiy lifts the rated
loads, while it frequentiy lifts loads in
the order of 33% of the rated ones.
A medium load system is defined to'be
when the crane infrequently lifts the
rated loads, while it normally lifts loads
in the order of 66% of the rated ones.
On the basis of the above, improper
use of the crane are considered to be
the following:
- Lifting constrained loads:
uprooting trees, extracting poles.
- Dragging loads.
- Pushing loads.
- Lifting persons.
- Use in exp[osive environments.
- Use outside the ambient
ternperature
range -10°C +40°C.

Der in diesem Handbuch
beschriebene Kran dient zum
vertikalen Anheben von freien Lasten
mit Hiife eines Hakens.
Er ist gemáß DIN-Normen 15018
ausgeiegt:
Hubkiasse H1, Belastbarkeit B3.
Das bedeutet, daß die Nutzdauer des
Kranes 600000 Arbeitszyklen bei
leichter Belastung, oder 200000
Arbeitszykien bei mittierer Belastung
entspricht.
Unter Arbeitszykius versteht man eine
Reihe von Arbeitsgángen, die ab dem
Anheben der Last vom Boden bis zum
Absetzen der Last am vorgesehenen
Piatz ausgefúhrt werden.
Als leichte Belastung wird jener
Zustand bezeichnet, in dem
vorwiegend Lasten mit 33% der
Schildangaben und nur selten solche
mit Schildwerten angehoben werden.
Bei mittierer Belastung werden
normalerweise Lasten mit 66% der
Schildangaben gehoben, wáhrend
Lasten mit Schildwerten nur selten
angehoben werden.
Der Einsatz des Krans wird daher in
den folgenden Fáiien als
unsachgemáß betrachtet:
- Anheben von verwurzelten oder
verankerten Lasten: Entwurzein von
báumen, Ausziehen von Masten.
- Schieppen von Lasten.
- Schieben von Lasten.
- Anheben von Personen.
- Einsatz in expiosionsgefáhriichen
bereichen.
- Einsatz bei einer Temperatur von
unter 10°C und úber +10°C
