2÷11. After having assembled the new nozzle and tighten it well, it is possible to proceed with
regulating the primary air, as indicated in the next paragraph. When all this has been done, place
again in its position the coverage of the Venturi tube and the oven bottom.
Regulating the primary air of the burner (Fig. 35, 36 – page 11)
After substituting the burner nozzle, the primary air must be regulated: loosen the screw, bring the
distance of the bush (3) from the burner stirrup to the correct measurement (value x), referring to
table 2÷11, tighten the screw and check the accuracy of the measurement.
Substituting the pilot burner nozzle (Fig. 37, 38, 39 – page 11)
To substitute the pilot burner nozzle, the oven door must be opened, remove the cast iron bottom (1
and 2), the z stirrup after having unscrewed the screws. After that, it is necessary to extract the
drilled protection (4), unscrew the nut (5) and then extract the tube of the pilot burner (6). Remove
the biconic screw (7) and the pilot burner (8). Substitute it with the nozzle suitable for the type of
gas to be used. Then proceed to assemble the new nozzle, reposition the pipe and tighten the fitting
fully. Put back the protection, the stirrup and the cast iron bottom.
Open rings (Fig. 40-pag.12)
To light the burners of the open rings, proceed in the following way:
- turn the knob (1) from off
- push down to the bottom;
- with a match, or another lighter suitable for this use, light the pilot burner;
- once lit, keep the knob pressed down until the thermocouple heats up, keeping the pilot lit;
- light the main burner in the desired, going from maximum
To put out the main burner, it is necessary to turn the knob to the right into the on
put out also the pilot, turn the knob again into the off position
All hotplate (Fig. 42- pag.12)
To light the burner of the all hotplate, proceed in the following way:
- turn the knob (1) from the off position
- press the push down to the bottom;
- button of the piezoelectric lighter (2)
- keep the knob pressed down until the thermocouple heats uo, keeping the pilot lit;
- light the main burner in the desired, going from maximum
To put out the main burner, it is necessary to turn the knob to the right into the position
out also the pilot, turn the knob again, into the off position
Oven (Fig. 41-pag.12)
To light the oven burner, proceed in the following way:
- open the oven door and turn the knob (1) from the off position
- press down the the botton;
- push the button of the piezoelectric lighter (2)
- keep the knob pressed down until the thermocouple heats up, keeping the pilot lit; this can be
checked through the hole in the bottom of the oven;
