Adjusting the saw belt guide
Change the position of the saw belt guidance
depending on the size of the pieces to be cut.
Loosen the clamping screw.
Adjust the saw belt guidance close to the
workpiece without influencing or hindering
the sawing procedure.
Retighten the clamping screw.
ATTENTION!
An unnecessarily wide space between the work piece and the saw belt guide, in
combination with a high feed rate very quickly causes the saw belt to wear down.

Starting the metal band saw
Connect the electrical supply cable.
Select the saw belt speed.
Press the push button "On".
4.6
Switching off the metal band saw
Press the push button "Off".
Disconnect the electrical supply cable from the power supply during longer standstill of the
machine.
When the material is completely sawn, the metal band saw will be automatically switched off by
the end position switch . Then it is also positioned on the mechanic limit stop.
