9. Error displays and remedies

Read-out Causes
The mains plug is not inserted
000 Power failure
E03 Poor ignition
E04 Combustion without fresh air
in-flow from the air filter grille.
E05 Overheating control device has
been triggered.
E06 Automatic cut-out has been triggered.
E07 Flashing FUEL light.
E08 "E08" or "E12" lights up in the display.
E09 "E09" read-out.
E14 High temperature level in room.
E16 Hot air outlet is blocked.
If the same problems continue to occur, consult your customer service department.
Heater does not ignite
Error display
All read-outs are turned off
Development of smell
Yellow colour with residue
Only the fan runs
The motor does not run
Remedies
Insert mains plug correctly
Switch on 3 Hour operation or permane
operation
Clean the tank and remove water and d
Remove dirt from the fan grille.
You must ventilate! Remove dirt.
Insert the mains plug again and restart t
check. If necessary, call your customer
service department.
Press the OFF button and restart.
Fill the tank. Remove dirt from the oil filt
Press the OFF button and restart.
Press the OFF button and restart.
Only switch the heater on again when th
temperature has fallen to under 30°.
