Abstützung erst wieder nach vollstän-
diger Befestigung des UM 2/B in der
Anlage entfernen!
2 Kopfseitige Befestigung UM 2/B an
AS 2/B entfernen. Dazu Seitenteile
abnehmen...
2a ...bei Mot oranbau außen, Getrie-
bemotor am Flansch lösen und von
Sechskantwelle abziehen.
3 2x2 Sechskantschrauben M8x20
(SW13) und Federscheiben
8,4-FST lösen.
4 Nutensteine „A" an Bohrung „X" mit
Schraubendreher o.ä. Werkzeug aus
der Führung im Gussteil schieben.
5 UM 2/B nach oben entnehmen.
6 Neue UM 2/B mit Hubwagen, Kran
o.ä. von oben in die Anlage einset-
zen.
7 Befestigungsbohrungen von
Gussteil mit Gewinden von Nuten-
steinen „A" übereinander bringen
und UM 2/B festschrauben.
8 UM 2/B kopfseitig mit AS 2/B
verbinden, Seitenteile und Getriebe-
motor befestigen, Sechskantwelle
vor dem Einbau einfetten (z.B. mit
Anti-Seize), Schrauben sichern.
(z. B. mit Loctite 243).
9 Gurtmontage siehe Seite 8, bzw.
Druckschrift-Nr.: 3 842 515 211!

1 Support the UM 2/B with a fork-lift
truck, crane or similar equipment.
Do not remove this support mecha-
nism until the UM 2/B has been fully
fastened in place in the system.
2 Remove the UM 2/B fastening at
the head end at AS 2/B. To do so,
remove the side elements...
2a...if the motor is mounted externally,
release the gear motor at the fl ange
and pull it off the hex shaft.
3 Release 2x2 hex bolts M8x20 (span-
ner size 13) and spring washers
8.4-FST.
4 Push slotted blocks „A" at hole „X"
out of the guide in the casting using
a screwdriver or similar tool.
5 Remove the UM 2/B, lifting it up
and out.
6 Insert new UM 2/B in the system
from above, using a fork-lift truck,
crane or similar equipment.
7 Position the fastening holes in the
casting in line with the threads of
the slotted block „A" and screw the
UM 2/B in place.
8 Connect the UM 2/B to the AS 2/B
at the head end, then replace and
secure the side components and
gear motor. Lubricate the hex shaft
before replacing it (e.g. with Anti-
Seize), then secure the screws
(e.g. with Loctite 243).
9 For assembly of belt see page 8, or
publication no.: 3 842 515 211.

进行支撑。
只有在 UM 2/B 重新完全固定在设备
中后才可以撤掉支撑！
2 取下 UM 2/B 在 AS 2/B 上的头部
固定。为此要去掉侧面零件...
2a...在电机安装在外侧时，松开在法
兰上的减速电机，并将其从外六角
轴上取下。
3 松开 2x2 个外六角头螺栓 M8x20
(SW13) 和弹簧垫片 8.4- FST。
4 用螺丝刀或其它工具顶滑块"A"
上的孔"X"将其从铸铁件上的导
向中推出。
5 将 UM 2/B 向上取出。
6 用起升车或吊车等工具从上面将新
的 UM 2/B 放入设备当中。
7 将铸铁件上的固定孔与滑块"A"
的螺纹对正，并将 UM 2/B 拧紧。
8 将 UM 2/B 在头部与 AS 2/B 连接
起来，将侧面零件和减速电机固
定，装入之前给外六角轴上润滑脂
(例如：用 Anti-Seize)，给螺栓加防
松胶水。(例如：用 Loctite 243)。
9 皮带安装见第 8 页，以及编号为
3 842 515 211 的文档！
