Vor Umrüstarbeiten und Instand
setzungsarbeiten Energiezuführungen
(Hauptschalter) abschalten!
Außerdem sind Maßnahmen zu
treffen um ein unbeabsichtigtes
Wiedereinschalten zu verhindern, z. B.
Warnschild am Hauptschalter anbringen!
AS 2/B-250 komplett auswechseln

1 AS 2/B-250 mit Hubwagen, Kran
o.ä. abstützen.
Abstützung erst wieder nach
vollständiger Befestigung der AS
2/B-250 in der Anlage entfernen!
2 Kopfseitige Befestigung AS 2/B-
250 an UM 2/B entfernen. Dazu
Seitenteile abnehmen...
2a ...bei Mot oranbau außen,
Getriebemotor am Flansch lösen
und von Sechskantwelle abziehen.
3 2x2 Sechskantschrauben M8x20
(SW13) und Federscheiben
8,4- FST lösen.
4 Nutensteine „A" an Bohrung „X" mit
Schraubendreher o.ä. Werkzeug
aus der Führung im Gussteil
schieben.
5 AS 2/B-250 nach oben entnehmen.
6 Neuen AS 2/B-250 mit Hubwagen,
Kran o.ä. von oben in die Anlage
einsetzen.
7 Befestigungsbohrungen von
Gussteil mit Gewinden von
Nutensteinen „A" übereinander
bringen und AS 2/B-250
festschrauben.
8 AS 2/B-250 kopfseitig mit UM 2/B
verbinden, Seitenteile und
Getriebemotor befestigen,
Sechskantwelle vor dem Einbau
einfetten (z.B. mit Anti-Seize),
Schrauben sichern.
(z. B. mit Loctite 243).
9 Gurtmontage siehe Seite 8, bzw.
Druckschrift-Nr.: 3 842 515 211!

Prior to alterations and repairs,
disconnect energy sources (main
switch, etc.)! In addition, take
precautions to prevent inadvertent
resto- ration of power, e.g. warning
sign at the main switch!
Replacing the AS 2/B-250 completely
Fig. 14:
1 Support the AS 2/B-250 with
a fork-lift truck, crane or similar
equipment.
Do not remove this support
mechanism until the AS 2/B-250
has been fully fastened in place in
the system.
2 Remove the AS 2/B-250 fastening
at the head end at UM 2/B. To do
so, remove the side elements...
2a ...if the motor is mounted externally,
release the gear motor at the fl ange
and pull it off the hex shaft.
3 Release 2x2 hex bolts M8x20
(spanner size 13) and spring
washers 8.4 FST.
4 Push slotted blocks „A" at hole „X"
out of the guide in the casting using
a screwdriver or similar tool.
5 Remove the AS 2/B-250, lifting it
up and out.
6 Insert new AS 2/B-250 in the
system from above, using a fork-lift
truck, crane or similar equipment.
7 Position the fastening holes in the
casting in line with the threads of
the slotted block „A" and screw the
AS 2/B-250 in place.
8 Connect the AS 2/B-250 to the
UM 2/B at the head end, then
replace and secure the side
components and gear motor.
Lubricate the hex shaft before
replacing it (e.g. with Anti-Seize),
then secure the screws
(e.g. with Loctite 243).
9 For assembly of belt see page 8, or
publication no.: 3 842 515 211.

在改造和维修工作开始前，必须切断所
有的能源供给 (主开关等)！
另外，还必须采取相应的措施防止意外
重新接通，例如，在主开关旁加上警
告牌！
AS 2/B-250 整体更换

用起重机、吊车等工具对 AS 2/B-

250 进行支撑。
只有在 AS 2/B-250 重新完全固定
在设备中后才可以撤掉支撑！
取下 AS 2/B-250 在 UM 2/B 上的

头部固定。为此要去掉侧面零件 ...
2a ... 在电机安装在外侧时，松开在法
兰上的减速电机，并将其从外六角
轴上取下。
松开 2x2 个外六角螺栓 M8x20

(SW13) 和弹簧垫片 8.4 FST。
用螺丝刀或其它工具顶滑块"A"

上的孔"X"将其从铸铁件上的导
向中推出。
将 AS 2/B-250 向上取出。

用起重机或吊车等工具从上面将新

的 AS 2/B-250 放入设备当中。
将铸铁件上的固定孔与滑块"A"
7
的螺纹对正，并将 AS 2/B-250 拧
紧。
将 AS 2/B-250 在头部与 UM 2/B
8
连接起来，将侧面零件和减速电机
固定，装入之前给外六角轴上润滑
脂 (例如：用 Anti-Seize)，给螺栓
加防松胶水。
(例如：用 Loctite 243)。
