17. Remove Tool 3 (ATTENTION : loose first of all the two screws from the Balance arm)
18. Fasten loosely Flexure strap (31) and Plate (32) with the screw on the Cross-holder (38). The
round incisions on the Flexure strap has to be placed at the side from the Plate. The marks on
the Flexure strap (27) and those on the Flexure sheets (31) have to be located at the same side
(see page D 01.08)
19. Insert the Tools 1 and fix them with the Tools 7 and descend after that holder (39) very
carefully over Tools 7
20. Fasten firmly with the two screws Tool 6 on Chassis (1) and press then with the upper two
screws the Cross-holder (38) onto the Tools 1
21. Assemble Flexure holder (26) no. 2 (see page D 01.08) with the six screws (ATTENTION : screws
outwards) by means of Tool 10 and Tool 5 ( the two Tools have to be placed diagonal to each
other)
22. Assemble Flexure holder (26) no. 1 (see page D 01.08) with the six screws (ATTENTION : screws
inwards) by means of Tool 10 and Tool 5 ( the two Tools have to be placed diagonal to each
other)
23. Assemble Flexure holder (53) no. 3 with the six screws (ATTENTION : screws outwards) by
means of the two Tools 10
24. Remove Tool 6
25. Remove the Tools 1 as following:
- remove Tool 7 first on one side and take away Tool 1, after that insert Tool 7 again
- remove Tool 7 first on the other side and take away Tool 1, after that insert Tool 7 again
26. Loose the lower Socket head screw (56) from the Flexure strap (31) and centre the Flexure
strap with Tool 9 (series with a centre-pin) or Tool 5 (series with a thread-pin) through the
upper hole of the Flexure strap. After that fasten the lower Socket head screw (56) again
27. Fasten firmly the upper Socket head screw (30) on the Flexure strap (31)
28. Loose again the lower Socket head screw (56) from the Flexure strap (31) (in order to release
possible tensions) and fasten it again
