OPERATION

10.1 Scope of delivery

Corundum cup wheel Ø 100 x 84 x 21 mm
5 collets Ø 4 – 6 – 8 - 10 – 12 mm
1x turning tool grinder unit
1x cutter grinder
1x drill sharpener
replacement straps
Operating tools: 2 Screwdriver
Allen key size 2 - 2,5 – 3 – 4 und 5 mm
Hook wrench 2 x 17 mm and 2 x 33 mm
Thumbwheel for clamping the collets
Spanner to loosen / fasten the cup wheel

10.2 Preparatory activities

To obtain good results, the tool grinder must be placed safely on a solid, level and firm work
surface.
Thus, a low-vibration operation for good results is ensured.
10.3 Operation

10.3.1 Inserting the collets on the toolholder

Slide the collet with the groove in the inner pin in the sleeve.
The locking lever is moved to the right and so can the pinch wheel are tightened clockwise the
collet.
