usually from a lack of use of a limb following a period
of immobilisation.

to apply only on muscles with a normal volume. the
program categories 04 and 05 are used to develop
muscle strength.

blood flow and the release of endorphins. Each

After using the "Muscle resistance" program category
to acquire the ability to sustain major efforts, use this
program category to extend high intensity muscle
efforts over time by maximum stimulation of slow fibres.

MUSCLE FITNESS
Use program category to maintain the level of muscle
endurance, resistance, and volume acquired.
Duration: 30 min active phase + 6 min recovery

EXPLOSIVE FORCE
this category is a logical extension of categories 03
and 04. It allows reaching maximum muscle force by
stimulating very high speed fibres, with maximum
contraction intensity.

Using a frequency range between 0.5 and 8 Hz, this
category ensures muscles recover faster through
relaxing, endorphin-based effects, and increases
