(KBA) STICKER
The marking is on the cross member, under the seat cushion, on the right in the direction of
travel, on a removable sticker which is not non-destructive (tested according to KBA leaflet
for factory signage). When fitted, the marking can be read after removing the seat cushion
(without the use of tools):
• Manufacturer:
"Johnson Controls Components"
• Model: "RECARO CV Seat"
• Model code: "KBA ....."
• Seat No.: „82......"
Seat cushion removal
Unlock the seat cushion length adjustment and
pull the seat cushion forward as far as it will go.
Rotate the seat cushion length adjustment
handle to the right (in the direction of travel)
and pull the seat cushion forward again.
Lift the seat cushion at the front.
NOTICE
While pulling or lifting the seat cushion,
make sure that the cables or air lines are
not damaged.
Seat cushion fitting
Lay the seat cushion on the seat frame. Insert
glides (1) into corresponding guides (2).
As in the removal process, place the handle
at a slight angle to the right and push the
cushion backwards a little into the guides.
Now align the handle, lift it and push the seat
cushion further backwards into the desired
position.
NOTICE
By moving the seat cushion back and forth,
check whether the guides have engaged
completely and securely in the guides.
