Repairing faults

Fault
Machine doesn't start.
Battery control light is
illuminated.
Starter motor turns slowly
or not at all.
Ignition is on, but the
engine does not start.
Machine under-performs.

Risk of personal injury and damage to property
Faults can lead to injury and damage.
 If there is a fault, stop the machine as quickly as possible and make it safe.
 Establish the cause of the fault and repair it immediately.
 For faults on the engine, refer to the separate manual for the engine (KUBOTA).
 For faults on the combination cooler, refer to the separate manual for the combination
cooler (EMMEGI).
 For faults on the MOBA control or the Rugby laser transmitter, refer to the
corresponding separate operating manual.
Cause
 Main switch is switched off.
 Faulty fuse.
 Battery empty or defect.
 Faulty v-belt.
 Electrical system fault.
 Alternator defective.
 Battery empty or defect.
 Starter motor defective.
 Fuel tank is empty.
 Dirt in fuel system.
 Dirt in fuel system.
 Air filter blocked.
 Engine overheated.
 Operating pressure too low.
 Hydraulic pump defective.

Maintenance and care
