In this critical flying phase, ensure sufficient flying speed (see chapter "First start - stalling behaviour") and do not slow down the model reducing the motor speed
too much or by pulling too hard at the elevator.
Slightly move the elevator shortly before touchdown.
After landing, adjust the linkage rods so that the airplane flies straight and ensure that the trim levers on the transmitter are in central position again. Once you
are able to handle the airplane perfectly, you can try to optimize its flight by shifting the balance point.
11. Care and maintenance
Check the rudder linkages and the control functions of the servos on your model regularly. All moving parts have to be easily movable but there should not be a
clearance in the bearing.
Clean the exterior of the casing with a soft and damp cloth only. Never use aggressive cleansing agents or chemical solvents, since this might damage the
surfaces.
Important!
If you have to replace damaged or worn parts, only use original replacement parts.
Damage to the foam material should only be repaired with super glue suited for rigid foam! Common super glue may dissolve the foam material and damage it!
The spare parts list is located on our Internet page www.conrad.com in the download section to the respective product.
You can also order the spare parts list by phone. For the contact data, please refer to the top of these instructions in the chapter "Introduction".
12. Disposal
a) General information
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
b) Batteries and rechargeable batteries
You as the end user are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used batteries/rechargeable batteries. Disposing of them in the household
waste is prohibited!
Contaminated batteries/rechargeable batteries are labelled with these symbols to indicate that disposal in domestic waste is forbidden. The
symbols for dangerous heavy metal constituents are: Cd=cadmium, Hg=mercury, Pb=lead (name on battery/rechargeable battery, e.g. under the
trash icons on the left).
You can return used batteries/rechargeable batteries free of charge to any collecting point in your local community, in our stores or in any other
store where batteries/rechargeable batteries are sold.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
