6. Safety Instructions

In the case of damages which are caused due to failure to observe these operating instructions,
the guarantee will expire. We do not assume any liability for any damage arising as a
consequence!
Nor do we assume liability for damage to property or personal injury caused by improper use or
the failure to observe the safety instructions! Any claim under guarantee will be void in these
cases.
Normal wear and tear during operation (e.g. worn-out gear wheels or servo transmission) are excluded
from the guarantee and warrantee, the same applies to accidental damage (e.g. broken bearing retainer
or rotor blades).
Dear Customer, these safety instructions are not only for the protection of the product but also for your
own safety and that of other people. You should therefore read this section very carefully before
commissioning the product!
a) General Information
• Unauthorized conversion and/or modification of the product is inadmissible because of safety and approval reasons
(CE).
• The product is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children under 14 years of age.
• The product must not get damp or wet.
• If you do not have sufficient knowledge yet as how to deal with remote-controlled models, please seek the advice of
an experienced model sportsman or a model construction club.
• Taking out a private liability insurance is recommended. If you already own one, please obtain information on
whether the operation of a model will be covered by your insurance.
• Do not leave packaging material unattended, as it can become a dangerous toy for children.
• Should questions arise that are not answered with the help of this operating manual, contact us (contact information
see chapter 1) or another expert.
The operation and use of remote control model helicopters has to be learned! If you have never steered such a
model, start especially carefully and get used to the reactions of the model to the remote control commands first. Do
be patient!
