•
Apply an equal spread of the mounting bolts over the full
length of the mounting plates. [See Fig. 5.17]. Ensure to
use the rear most sleeve holes in the mounting plates of
the HTL frame, indicated by "!" on drawing 5.17.
•
Don't let the HTL frame protrude beyond the mounting the
plates on the chassis [See Fig. 5.18].
•
If the HTL cannot be mounted otherwise, contact your local
Dhollandia dealer to discuss:
1. the possibility of longer lift arms;
2. the possibility of an alternative reinforcement (by the
body builder) to the vehicle chassis or subframe.
•
Fasten the mounting bolts according to the re-
quired torque settings [See annex].
•
It is not allowed to cut, or otherwise weaken the
construction of the original mounting plates. All
transformations are the sole responsibility of the
body builder.
