Instructions for the installer, maintenance
4 USE AND OPERATION OF THE VENDING MACHINE
4.1 Designated Use
Vending machines from the "G-Drink" line are designed and built exclusively for the sale and
automatic distribution of bottles, cans and Tetra Pack type packages. The machine must be
designated exclusively for the distribution of products in hermetically sealed packages.
The machine will function normally if the power cord is correctly connected to the mains
and the drawer and door are closed.
The product seen through the glass part of the door can be selected with the keypad on the
front of the machine.
In the lower part of the drawer there is a label that shows the code of the selectable product
and the corresponding price.
The keys required for making the selection are numbered from 1 to 9, and must be pressed to
form the desired combination (31, 55, etc.) that matches the product to be dispensed.
When the products in one row are finished, the associated selection is disabled. If that specific
code is requested, a message appears to inform the user that no products with that code are
available (until that message is cancelled from the list of errors).
During normal function, the machine is in waiting mode.
After credit is inserted, in coins / card, key or otherwise, the keypad can be used to enter the
combination of the product desired.
If there is sufficient credit and the product is available, the dispensing cycle is activated.
To view the price of a selection on the display, it is possible to press the combination
i
of numbers of that product (31, 55, etc.) before inserting the credit.
Slave selection numbers are preceded by the letters A, B, C, or D (e.g. A31, A55, etc.)
The machine is not a refrigerator, but it will keep the products in the drawers moderately cold.
Any other use is to be considered improper and therefore risky.
Do not put products into the machine that would potentially be dangerous if kept at unsuitable
temperatures. To this end, follow the instructions on the products concerning preservation
methods and expiry dates.
