Distanzplatte/n verwenden
Bei ,dünnleibigen' Patienten kann mit einer oder
mehrerer aufeinander gesteckter Distanzplatten
die nutzbare Einstechtiefe des Trokars reduziert
werden.

HINWEIS: Dies ist durch eine seitlich
angebrachte Nut auch bei eingeführtem
ROTOCUT Handstück möglich (siehe
Abb. 50).

Distanzplatte fixieren
Die Distanzplatte wird mit der Nut seitlich an
den Trokar eingeschoben und mit der zum
Motor zeigenden offenen Seite am Trokar-Ansatz
eingeklickt, so dass eine feste Verbindung besteht.
Mehrere Distanzplatten verwenden
Mehrere aufeinander gesteckte Distanzplatten
werden jeweils mit der zur vorherigen Distanzplatte
zeigenden offenen Seite aufeinander gesteckt bis
diese fest einrasten. Somit wird eine Reduktion
von ca. 10 mm je Distanzplatte erreicht (siehe

Abb. 51). Das Entfernen einer oder mehrerer
Distanzplatten erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

Using space plate(s)
When operating on thinner patients, one or more
space plates placed on top of each other can be
used to reduce the penetration depth of the trocar.

NOTE: Space plates can be added even
when the ROTOCUT handpiece has been
inserted by using the lateral slot (see Fig. 50).
Fastening the space plates
The space plates are inserted laterally onto the
trocar using the slot, and are clicked securely into
place on the trocar attachment with the open side
facing the motor.
Using several space plates
Several connected space plates can be positioned
on top of each other, with the open side facing
toward the previous plate, until they are fixed into
place. Each plate serves to reduce the penetration
depth by approx. 10 mm (see Fig. 51). To remove
one or several space plates, proceed in the
reverse order.
