7. 5. 5 Vormontage der Trokar-
Baugruppe
Die Komponenten in korrekt abgestimmter Größe,
11 mm oder 15 mm Durchmesser, auswählen.
HINWEIS: Die Kombinationsabhängige

Komponente Schaft, Ventil und Trokar
ist entsprechend der Kompatibilität
zum Durchmesser farbig markiert:
schwarz = 15 mm und rot = 11 mm.
1. Montage der Ventilplättchen am Ventil (sofern
nicht bei Auslieferung bereits montiert).

• Das Ventilplättchen ist am Ventilkörper mit einem
nach außen zeigendem, abgewinkeltem Blechanteil
zu positionieren (siehe Abb. 28 und 31).
• Hierzu sind die Ventilplättchen einzeln am
Ventilkörper durch paralleles Einschieben an
der Abflachung bis zum spürbaren Einrasten
beidseitig zu positionieren (siehe Abb. 29).
• Der korrekte Sitz ist durch leichtes Ziehen am
Ventilplättchen zu prüfen. Hierbei darf sich das
Plättchen nicht lösen (siehe Abb. 30).
HINWEIS: Auf korrekte Montage der

HINWEIS: Die Ventilplättchen sind zur Ein-
malanwendung bestimmt. Bei der Demon-
tage werden die Ventilplättchen im Bereich
der Verriegelung zerstört und müssen ausge-
tauscht werden (siehe Demontage, S. 43).
WARNUNG: Verletzungsgefahr.

Scharfkantige Ventilplättchen oder Ventil-
körper. Demontage oder Montage ist mit
entsprechender Sorgfalt durchzuführen.
2. Montage des komplettierten Ventils (siehe
Abb. 31) am Trokar durch Aufschrauben im
Uhrzeigersinn bis Anschlag (siehe Abb. 32 und 33).

3. Einführen des Obturators durch die Ventil-
Trokar-Kombination (siehe Abb. 34).

HINWEIS: Die Trokar-Baugruppe (Stand
Alone Schaft) ersetzt nicht die Funktionalität
eines Standard-Instrumenten-Trokar.
Die zusätzliche Applikation des Trokars
(Stand Alone Schaftes) in Verwendung
eines Instruments ist zur Nachpräparation
vorgesehen (siehe Seite 39, Abb. mit
Tenaculum Fasszange).

7. 5. 5 Preassembling the trocar
assembly
Select correctly coordinated components,
diameter of 11 or 15 mm.
NOTE: The combination-dependent

component, sheath, valve or trocar, is color-
coded to indicate its compatibility with the
diameter: black = 15 mm and red = 11 mm.
1. Assembly of the valve plates on the valve
(assuming they are not already assembled on
delivery).
• The valve plate is to be positioned on the valve
body with an outward-pointing, angled metal
section (see Fig. 28 and 31).
• The valve plates are to be positioned individually
on both sides of the valve body by parallel
insertion on the flat section until they palpably
lock into place (see Fig. 29).
• Check that the valve plates are positioned
correctly by pulling on them gently. The plate
must not become loose (see Fig. 30).

NOTE: Correct assembly of the valve plates
must be ensured.

NOTE: The valve plates are intended
for single use. When disassembling, the
valve plates in the lock area are destroyed
and must be replaced (see Disassembly,
page 43).

WARNING: Risk of injury. Sharp-edged
valve plates or valve body. Perform
disassembly and assembly with the
necessary care.
2. Assemble the complete valve (see Fig. 31)
to the trocar by screwing on in a clockwise
direction as far as possible (see Fig. 32 and 33).
3. Insert the obturator through the valve/trocar
combination (see Fig. 34).

NOTE: The trocar assembly (stand-alone
sheath) does not replace the functionality of
a standard instrument trocar. The additional
application of the trocar (stand-alone sheath)
when using an instrument is designated for
subsequent preparation (see page 39, Fig.
with tenaculum forceps).
