Replacing the Batteries

The battery compartment (9) is located below the inside cover lens (8).
1. Press on the battery compartment lid and push it to the outer side in order
to open the battery compartment.
2. Insert 2 new batteries of the type LR03 (AAA) into the battery compartment.
Pay attention to the proper polarity of the batteries. The polarity is printed
inside the battery compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment with the lid.
4. Check the helmets auto darkening function.

Cleaning and Storing

 Clean the welding helmet with a lightly moistened cloth only. Do not use
aggressive chemicals for cleaning.
 Do not immerse the welding helmet in liquids of any kind.
 Keep the solar cell clean at all times and wipe it with a lint-free cloth.
 Also clean the head band in regular intervals.
 Store the welding helmet in a dry place and protect it from dirt and dust. Do
not expose the welding helmet to direct sunlight.
