Shade Guide Table
The auto-darkening helmet is equipped with shade levels from 9 to 13. The
shade level has to be adjusted manually according to the application. Please
note the response time from dark to bright and the switching time from bright
to dark from the Technical Data.
Select the correct shade level from the below table according to your
application. Depending on your personal preference you can use the next
higher or lower shade level.

Setting the Response Time
Use the time delay switch (7) to adjust the time the darkening filter
automatically changes from dark to bright after finishing welding. Set the time
delay switch to the desired position:
SLOW = longer response time
FAST = short response time
