Grease gun runs obstructive.
Fill a few drops of oil through the air inlet and let the unit run
for a few minutes.
Gun runs at normal speed but grease does not escape.
Unscrew the container tube (B) with 1 or 2 turns from the head
(H) of the gun and execute the following steps:
Fully draw back the plunger handle (C) and release quickly by
pressing the catch plate (I). Repeat this several times. This
way the plunger will push out the waste air which is essential
for the grease gun to work.
Push the plunger handle (C) all the way in.
Tighten the container tube to the gun head.
Repeat those steps if necessary.
Grease gun runs slowly or does not run well.
Check the air and grease inlets for blockage.
Check the proper connection between the air fitting of the
compressor and the air fitting of the grease gun.
Plunger does not enter the grease cartridge.
