Bulk Filling

1. Remove the container tube (B) from the head of the gun (H).
2. Draw back the plunger handle (C) entirely.
3. Fill bulk grease into the empty container tube.
4. Reassemble the container tube to the head of the gun.
5. Press the catch plate (I) and release the plunger rod.
6. Keep pressing the catch plate (I) and push down the plunger handle (C) as far
as possible.

Operating

1. Release the butterfly lock screw (E) with 1 or 2 turns.
2. Rotate the finger grip (F). Adjust the angle of the finger grip (F) and the air
housing (K) of the grease gun to fit the need of your working conditions.
3. Retighten the butterfly lock screw to avoid accidentally twisting.
4. Connect a compressor to the air fitting (G) of the grease gun.
5. The recommended working air pressure is 6.2 bar (90 psi).
6. Press the trigger (D) thoroughly. The grease will instantly and automatically
escape through the nozzle of the bend spout (A).
7. Release the trigger. Escaping of the grease will stop immediately.
8. After use or before filling grease, disconnect the grease gun from the air
supply.
Note: Some mechanical systems may only require a small amount of grease
while others require much more. Too much grease or under-lubrication can
lead to damages.
