INSTALLATION
1) Pass
bosses
D1
and
D2 of the M.G
Plate Ass'y (5)
through square holes D1' and D2' of the Chassis Ass'y
4h (D1 — 01", 02 — D2'), (Fig. 6-1)
2) Insert the boss of the Turn Over Gear Q)) into the
hole of the Turn Over Gear Collar Q§]) which is placed
in the groove of the Change Plate Ass'y (06) (Fig. 6-2a)
3) Engage
holes
E1 and E2 of the M.G Plate Ass'y with
studs
E1' and
E2'
of the Chassis
Ass'y and
slightly
oress them down, (Fig. 6-1)
4) Rotate
the Main
Gear
QM) (or the Motor
Pulley}
so
that gears are engaged weil.
5) Press
FF
and
REW
Levers
at the
same
time
to
fix aground
of the T.S Actuator Qi . When the M.G
Plate Ass'y is put back in its specified place, fix it with
two camera screws 193). (Fig. 6-1)

7) Install the Main Plate (0d). (Fig, 6-2)
Note:
After
installation, confirm
the relation of posi-
tion F ~ Jin the Fig. 6-2b.
8) Install
the
Control
Spring
MM.
Insert it in between
the F.R Lock Plate @f}) and the Chassis Ass'y. (Portion
K in the Fig, 6-3a).
Q) Install
a F.R Actuator
9). (Set one side in the groove
of the F.R Slide Plate Qi . (Fig. 6-3b)
10) Install the Main Belt.
Note:
Re-install the Main Belt
as shown Fig. 6-4.
