During transport, the engine of the machine is without oil, therefore it must be
topped up before the first start-up. Only use fresh engine oil in accordance with the
recommendations (see the technical data table) for lubricating the engine:
•
Place the machine on a level, horizontal surface.
Unscrew the engine oil filler cap (alternatively, you can use the oil
•
dipstick) and pour the oil through its hole (use, e.g., a funnel), taking
care not to overflow above the permissible level (marked area on the
dipstick). Do not fully tighten the dipstick when checking the level!
It is recommended to keep the level closer to the upper than the lower
•
permissible level. In the event of overfilling, the excess oil can be
sucked out through the plug or dipstick hole.
ATTENTION: running the engine with an incorrect oil level can damage it! Check the
engine oil level before each machine operation when the engine is still cold.
In case of working with an insufficient amount of oil in the engine, the protective
system will automatically switch off the engine, protecting it against damage. If the
engine cannot be started after automatic shutdown, check the oil level.
IMPORTANT: the engine of the device is designed only for the combustion of
unleaded petrol without oil admixtures. The use of other, stale, with too high an
ethanol content or low-quality fuel, can lead to engine failure. Refuel only with the
engine off, paying close attention not to spill fuel over the engine, especially when
it is hot - risk of fire! If the engine is warmed up, wait at least 2 minutes before
refueling.
