1.1 General provisions
The installation of the stove and the flue gas discharge may only
be carried out by a qualified specialist company in accordance
with national and international standards, norms and applicable
regulations.
When installing, connecting and operating the stove, all relevant na-
tional and European standards as well as local regulations (DIN, DIN
EN, state building regulations, firing regulations, etc.) must be ob-
served and applied! The following relevant regulations are listed wi-
thout any claim to completeness:

Note on the installation/operating instructions
These Olsberg installation and operating instructions are an integ-
ral part of the Olsberg stove and must be kept carefully at the place

of use. Without these instructions, the stove is not considered com-
44
plete. The instructions must be handed over to the operator of the
44
stove together with all other documents after installation has been
47
completed. The description of assembly and maintenance is inten-
47
ded exclusively for trained and qualified personnel. The instruc-
47
tions for operation and care are intended for the user/operator of

the stove.

Trained personnel from a specialist company:
● Read these instructions carefully before installation or specialist

maintenance!
● Observe the safety regulations and the local building regulations.

● Instruct the operator on how the stove works and the dangers it
poses!

User/operator of the system:
● Read the chapters „1 General", „ 3 Operation" and „4 Care" carefully
and observe the safety instructions!
Proper handling and care are essential for trouble-free operation
and long service life. Children and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or cognitive capabilities or lack of experience and/or know-
ledge should not operate the stove unless they are supervised or
have been instructed in its safe use and understand the hazards in-
volved. Children are not allowed to play with the stove. Cleaning
and user maintenance must not be carried out by children without
supervision!
