Risk of injury from incorrect use!
Incorrect use of the exhalation system may jeopardize the success
of therapy.
 Note the contraindications for mask and therapy device.
 Do not use vented masks.
 Ensure sufficient CO
a non-vented full face mask.
 Connect the exhalation system directly to the mask and use in
the closest possible proximity to the patient.
 Use the exhalation system only for a single patient.
 Ensure that the connections to the mask and to the circuit are
firm and air-tight. The connections may not come loose as a
result of therapy pressure.
Risk of injury from lack of cleaning!
The exhalation system may be contaminated and this can put the
patient at risk.
 Clean the exhalation system before using it for the first time

 Clean the exhalation system regularly.
