How to clear error message 0010?
Set the reference position of the position transmitter (see chapter 6 -
Installation instructions).
If the error message 0010 appears on the display after setting the
position transmitter, check the adjustment of the pin connecting the
proximity switch 1.
Rule:
The pin should reach the switch area of the proximity switch 1 when
the thread lever up is at its upper dead position.
Setting:
–
Remove the position transmitter, handwheel and the belt guard
–
Lock the arm shaft in adjustment position, thread lever up upper dead position.
–
Turn the bearing bush 2, in a way that the pin stands in the midlle
of the proximity switch.

Pull out the clamping screws of the bearing bush.
–
Set the sewing basket at the rear position.
–
Switch on the machine.
–
Set the bearing bush 2 so that by minimum motion of the arm shaft
in the opposite direction of the machine sense of rotation, the pin
leaves the switch area of the proximity switch. This can be
recognized through the lowering of the sewing basket.
–
Tighten the clamping screws.
–
Switch the machine off.
–
Mount the position transmitter, handwheel and the belt guard.
