the appliance. If you are unable to solve the problem with the information
below, visit www.philips.com/support for a list of frequently asked questions
or contact the Consumer Care Center in your country.
Possible cause
The battery is not connected.
The battery is empty.
You did not take the appliance
out of the After-Clean &
Storage station.
You pushed the on/off
button more than one time.
You did not connect the 3-in-1
Handheld to the appliance
correctly.
The appliance is clogged.
Solution
Connect the battery to the 3-in-1
Handheld.
To charge the battery, connect the 3-in-1
Handheld with the charger (see 'Charging').
Take the Vacuum & Mop set-up out of the
After-Clean & Storage station before
switching on the appliance.
Wait a few seconds and push the on/off
button again one more time.
Place the lower body of the appliance on
the After-Clean & Storage station. Then
connect the 3-in-1 Handheld to it.
Switch the appliance off and remove the
battery or 3-in-1 handheld. Then locate and
remove the cause of the blockage (see
'Removing blockages from the Vacuum &
Mop set-up'). After that, restart the
appliance. If you cannot identify the cause
of the blockage, restart the appliance. This
might already solve the problem.
