Using the scales

– Turn the rotary switch to

1. Prepare the base unit and insert the
professional stirring whisk.
2. Press the release button and push the
swivel arm down until it locks into place.
3. Plug the mains plug into the mains.

4. Separate the eggs (2-12 eggs).

U s ing the scales
D e pending on the model in question, the
appliance may be equipped with scales.
T h e following applications are possible:
– Weighing the added ingredients
( e ither each ingredient individually or all
ingredients together) .
– P r e- s etting a desired weight and
counting down until sufficient ingredients
have been added ( w ith audible
information signals) .
I m portant:
– The scales display the weight in 5 g
steps (0.01 lb). If less than 5 grams
(0.01 lb) are added, the scales will not
provide correct measurement results.
– The appliance has 4 weight sensors
in the feet. The scales only supply
the correct results if all of the feet are
standing on a solid and level surface.
Do not put any cloths or other items
underneath.
– The worktop must not be subject to any
vibrations while the scales are being
used (e.g. by other activities or other
appliances).
