Getting started

Open the PULLALIGN pouch and remove the compact and

durable units that compose the alignment system.

Warning

Ensure machines to be aligned are isolated from mains

supply.

Before mounting the PULLALIGN units or the magnetic

targets, remove the cover plate by sliding the plate. DO NOT

snap it on as this can cause painful nips and pinches

Mount the units on the faces to be aligned. The reflector should be

mounted onto the machine to be moved (MTBM), while the laser

transmitter is mounted onto the stationary machine. The operator

should determine the MTBM. Under normal circumstances, the

MTBM is usually the smallest mass, in most cases the motor. In

some cases both machines may have to be moved to achieve the

desired alignment.

Due to the powerful magnet assembly available on the units,

mounting on almost any pulley face is easy.
