The emergency stop can be recognized on the red pressing button at a
yellow slice. The display screen will be disappeared (powered off) when the
emergency stop is pushed.
• Push the emergency stop: the machine stops immediately at emergency
situations.
• Pull out the emergency stop: the machine can be restarted.
5 F U S E S
The electrical part off the JMB is protected by different fuses. This fuses are
mounted in the electrical control box which is mounted on the burner (it is
recommended to replace the fuses by a qualified technician).
Pay attention: always switch off the machine and
uncouple the battery before replacing a fuse(s)!
6 H I G H P R E S S U R E H O S E W I T H S P R AY G U N
The high pressure hose is coupled rotated on the spray gun. Also assemble
(tighten) the lance to the spray gun. Because of that you have a great extend of
free movement during the spraying. The machine is standard equipped with a
single lance.
Check regularly during spraying whether the lance
coupling is still sturdy tightened to the gun.
Spray gun
• Do not spray: release the lever in the handle.
• Spraying: push the lever in the handle.
• Spray Security: release the blocking pawl in the handle .
7 C O N T R O L C A P
The control cap consists of PE and could be opened/closed easily by means of
two locks. Keep the cover cap closed when starting the spray activities.
Pay attention: make sure that the cap closes properly in the closing
mechanism before you drive on the road with the JMB-M.
Please also note: open the fall rail protection (as indicated below)
from the gas spring each time before you want to close the cap!
8 WO R K I N G L I G H T / F L A S H I N G B E AC O N ( O P T I O N )
The working light is mounted on the side of the operating part of the trailer, the
flashing beacon is mounted on top of the protective cap. Both lights can be
turned on / off via the control panel display.
Note: do not turn on the working light / flashing
light while driving on public roads!
