Grinding knife
 Switch on the machine
 Place the knife blade in the knife slot (2a)
 As soon as the blade touches the grinding
wheel, pull the blade with light, even
pressure (not too hard!) over the wheel to
the tip (2b), then remove it
 Insert the second side of the blade into the
other knife slot (2c) and repeat the
sharpening process
 Repeat sharpening one after the other until
a clean, sharp blade is achieved
 Switch off the machine
Grinding scissor
 Switch on the machine
 Open the scissors completely and place
them in the scissor slot (2d)
 As soon as the blade touches the grinding
wheel, pull the blade with light, even
pressure (not too hard!) over the wheel to
the tip (2e), then remove.
 Turn the scissors and insert the second side
of the scissors (2f) and repeat the
sharpening process
 Repeat sharpening one after the other until
a clean, sharp blade is achieved.
 Switch off the machine
