Positioning and adjusting
Back the loader up against the recorder with a
hand-lift truck and set it down.
Adjust the loader to be flush with the side of the
recorder by means of its cover (Fig. 28/1).
Open the cover of the separator and check that
both rubber stops (Fig. 29/1) and the EMC junction
(Fig. 29/2) touch the rear panel of the recorder.
Place a steel ruler on the cover plate in the
recorder and push it into the recorder through the
infeed slot.
The delivery point is to be the top part of the lower
infeed roller (Fig. 30/1) of the recorder. The steel
ruler (Fig. 30/2) will be lifted slightly when it
touches the lower roller and is pushed further.
Check the delivery point on the left and right side,
if necessary correct the height by adjusting the
front loader feet.
