9. Troubleshooting
Malfunctions (e.g. heating circuit does not get
sufficiently warm) can be caused by a contam-
inated filter mesh in the valve insert. Clean the
filter mesh as follows:
f Close the supply and return pipe with the
help of the ball valves.
f Close the circuits which are not concerned.
f Depressurise the affected circuit. Use the
fill and drain valve at the return distributor
to do this.
f Unscrew the valve insert from the distrib-
utor.
f Depending on the degree of contamination,
clean or replace the filter mesh or replace
the valve insert.
10. Maintenance
Tightness and function of the stainless steel
distributor/collector and its connection points
have to be checked regularly during mainte-
nance.

11. Removal and disposal

NOTICE
Risk of environmental pollution!
Incorrect disposal (for instance with do-
mestic waste) can lead to environmen-
tal damage.
f Dispose of packaging material in
an environmentally friendly manner.
f Dispose of the components appro-
priately.
If no return or disposal agreement has been
made, you must dispose of the product your-
self.
f Return components to the recycling system
if possible.
f Dispose of components which cannot be
recycled according to local regulations.
Disposal with domestic waste is not per-
mitted.
