3.2 Functional description
The stainless steel distributor/collector "Multi-
dis SFQ" serves the distribution of the fluid to
the respective surface heating/cooling circuits.
The stainless steel distributor/collector "Mul-
tidis SFQ" is equipped with the valve insert
"QM". The "QM" valve insert enables automatic
flow
control (hydraulic balancing) in surface heating
and cooling systems, as the valve insert can be
variably adjusted and is diaphragm-controlled
and independent of the differential pressure.
The flow control unit integrated in the valve
insert keeps the differential pressure at a
constant level via the presetting and regulating
cross section of the valve.
Printed labels for marking the individual circuits
have been supplied with the stainless steel dis-
tributor. These can be applied to the stainless
steel distributor.
The surface heating/cooling circuits can be
filled, flushed and bled with the help of the fill
and drain valves.
