unloading products
Before proceeding with these operations, see "Daily
activation".
When loading the product into the appliance and
unloading it, there is a residual risk of being burnt;
this risk can occur coming into unintentional contact
with: hob - cooking cavity - recipients or material
processed.
Whenever you access the areas called "Hob" and/or
"Cooking cavity", always remember that the danger
of being burnt persists.
Take appropriate measures for personal protection.
Wear protective equipment suitable for the operations
to be performed.
The products to be cooked must be placed in the
specific containers and positioned correctly on the
hob and/or in the cooking cavity.
The appliance must be used with oil or grease inside
the tank. Any other use is improper and therefore
dangerous.
Start the appliance only after having filled the tank to
the proper level.
If the cooking cavity is too full, it could spill over and
the residual risk of being burnt remains.
If there is no oil and/or grease inside the cooking
cavity while the appliance is on there is the residual
risk of fires.
While operating, the oil and/or grease level
inside the tank must remain within the marked
minimum and maximum limits.
Make sure that the burnt oil drain valve is shut (fig. 1).
Pour the product used for cooking (oil or grease) into the tank,
respecting the minimum/maximum level shown on the tank
itself (fig. 2).

Ignition (Figure 3-2)
Turn the thermostat knob to the desired position (fig. 3). The
indicator lights "G" and "H" indicate an operating phase.
When using grease (lard or the likes) in the solid state, the
thermostat must be set at minimum to allow it to melt slowly
and gradually inside the tank.
Green indicator light: The indicator is subordinated to use
of the switch-on knob. lighting of the indicator signals the
operating phase.
Yellow indicator light: The indicator is subordinated to use
of the thermostat knob. lighting of the indicator signals the
heating phase.
