9 Maintenance and cleaning
9.1.1 Cleaning iCAT mini with ABIROB
We recommend you clean the iCAT mini with welding torch neck ABIROB
months.
1 Protective cap

1 Remove the protective cap (1).
2 Disassemble the welding torch.
3 Remove the bellows (2).
4 Clean exposed parts with compressed air.
5 Mount the welding torch.
6 Mount the bellows (2) and the protective cap (1).
9.1.2 Cleaning iCAT mini with ABIROB
We recommend cleaning the iCAT mini with wire break and welding torch neck ABIROB
1–2 times weekly.

1 Remove the protective cap (1).
2 Disassemble welding torch and neckliner.
3 Remove the compressed air hose (4) from the wire brake (3).
4 Unscrew the wire brake (3).
