CONNESSIONE DEL TUBO DEL REFRIGERANTE

Svasatura
1.Tagliare un tubo con un tagliatubi.
2.Inserire un dado svasato nel tubo e svasare il tubo (fig. 23).

Collegare prima l'unità interna, quindi quella esterna (fig. 24)

- Piegare i tubi in modo opportuno, senza rovinarli (fig. 24 rif. A).

2 - Angolo min. 100 mm
- L'angolo di curvatura non deve superare i 90°.
- Eseguire una curvatura del tubo con ampio raggio.
- Non piegare il tubo più di tre volte.
- Prima di inserire il dado svasato, rivestire la svasatura sia
internamente che esternamente con grasso o grasso a base di
esteri e serrare inizialmente effettuando 3-4 giri a mano, prima del
serraggio finale (fig. 24 rif. B).
- Utilizzare contemporaneamente una chiave inglese ed una chiave
torsiometrica per la connessione o disconnessione di tubi dell'unità
(fig. 24 rif. C).
Attenzione
- Una coppia eccessiva rovina la svasatura, mentre una
coppia insufficiente provoca delle perdite. Per una coppia
di serraggio corretta, fare riferimento alla tabella.
- Una volta terminata la connessione, verificare che non vi
siano perdite di gas.

1.Cut a pipe with a pipe-cutter
2. Insert a flared nut into the pipe and flare the pipe (fig. 23).

First connect the indoor unit and then the outdoor one
(fig. 24).
- Bend the pipes as required without damaging them (fig. 24
ref. A).
1 - Bend the pipe using your hands
2 - Minimum angle 100 mm
- The angle of the bend must not exceed 90°
- It is preferable to position the bend in the flexible pipe, the
larger it is the better.
- Do not bend the pipe more than three times.
- Before inserting the flared nut, cover the flaring both inside and
outside with grease or ester-based grease and tighten manually
3 - 4 turns before the final tightening (fig. 24 ref. B).
- Use an adjustable wrench together with a torsion wrench when
connecting or disconnecting pipes on the unit (fig. 24 ref. C).
Attention
- Too much torque will ruin the flaring while too little will
cause leaks. Refer to the table for the correct tightening
torque.
- Once the connection is completed check that there are no
gas leaks.
