DISINFECTION WITH VAPORIZED HYDROGEN PEROXIDE
It is recommended to do decontamination of the cabinet by using vaporized hydrogen
peroxide emission, which ensures penetration in sealed and inaccessible areas of the Cabinet.
It also guarantees the sterilisation of the working area, fans, plenum, HEPA filters and
evacuation ducts.
Vaporized hydrogen peroxide systems provide rapid, safe, low-temperature decontamination
methods for any enclosed area that may be contaminated with micro-organisms, including
spore-forming bacteria.
See Annex A5.4 for the disinfection with vaporized hydrogen peroxide procedure.
