Tramite un comando speciale è possibile
calibrare il segnale acustico di rotazione
sinistrorsa, la riaspirazione del liquido di
raffreddamento e il momento torcente.
E' pure installato un programma di test
per il controllo delle diverse schede
elettroniche.
Queste funzioni sono a esclusiva
disposizione dei tecnici del servizio
assistenza e non devono essere usate
dall'utente.
Al termine di ciascun intervento
rimuovere frese da manipoli, contran-
goli e testine.
Effettuare la manutenzione, pulire e
sterilizzare manipoli e contrangoli.
Prima di lasciare lo studio disinserire
l'interruttore centrale.
Avvisi di sicurezza
Interferenze dei cellulari sugli appa-
recchi elettromagnetici.
A garanzia della sicurezza di apparecchi
elettromagnetici si consiglia di interdire
l'uso di cellulari in studio o in clinica.
Pacemaker
Se si hanno in cura pazienti portatori di
pacemaker, tenere conto della possibile
influenza sul funzionamento del pace-
maker; in proposito si consiglia di
informarsi, consultando le riviste
specializzate sull'argomento.
Di solito i pazienti portatori di pacemaker
informano il dentista della loro condizione.
La pacemaker identity card consente al
dentista esperto di valutare se le appa-
recchiature tecniche di cui fa uso possono
interferire sul pacemaker stesso.
Nel rilevamento dell'anamnesi, specie di
pazienti non più giovanissimi, oltre alle
domande di prassi sulle malattie pregresse
o sulla predisposizione all'emoraggia, ci si
dovrebbe anche informare sull'eventua-
le presenza di pacemaker.

Conseils de sécurité
Dysfonctionnement d'appareils électro-
médicaux provoqué par des téléphones
mobiles
Pour garantir la sécurité d'exploitation
des appareils électromédicaux, nous
recommandons d'interdire l'usage des
téléphones mobiles dans l'enceinte des
cabinets et des cliniques.
Stimulateurs cardiaques
En cas de soins sur des patients porteurs
d'un stimulateur cardiaque intracorporel,
le fonctionnement du stimulateur car-
diaque peut s'en trouver modifié; veuillez
donc tenir compte des communications
régulièrement faites à ce sujet dans les
journaux spécialisés.
En général, le patient à stimulateur car-
diaque signale à chaque séance de soins
qu'il est porteur d'un électrostimulateur
pour son cœur. La présentation du
document mentionnant l'identification du
stimulateur cardiaque permet au dentiste
d'estimer les incidences possibles pro-
voquées par ses appareils techniques.
Aujourd'hui, en raison de l'augmentation
des anamnèses, il faudrait poser la
question portant sur une implantation
potentielle du stimulateur, de manière
comparable aux questions obligatoires
sur les maladies précoces, les diathèses
hémorragiques, etc.
