ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ : Αν η αντλία χρησιμοποιείται προσωρινά
με ακάθαρτα υγρά ή υγρά που περιέχουν χλώριο,
γεμίστε τη με καθαρό νερό αμέσως μετά τη χρήση,
για να βγάλετε τα ιζήματα.
Εάν η αντλία δεν έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί για αρκετό
καιρό και δεν ξεκινά ή δεν δίνει νερό (αλλά η
ηλεκτρική σύνδεση είναι εντάξει), η αντλία πρέπει
να βγει από το νερό και να ελεγχθεί μήπως έχουν
συσσωρευτεί ξένες υλες ή έχει μπλοκαριστεί από
ιζήματα ή από άλλη αιτία.
Αποσυνδέστε ηλεκτρικά την αντλία,
πριν προβείτε σε κάποιο σέρβις και
σιγουρευτείτε ότι σε καμία περίπτωση
δεν θα ξεκινήσει.
6. Αποσύνδεση.
6.1 . Έλεγχος της περιστροφής του άξονα.
Αναφερόμενοι στο σχεδιάγραμμα στη σελ. 39.
Αφαιρέστε τις βίδες (15.70), αφαιρέστε το φίλτρο
(15.50) Με ένα κλειδί το παξιμάδι της βίδας (28.04),
γυριστε τον αξονα αριστερόστροφα.
Αν ο άξονας έχει μπλοκαριστεί και δεν μπορεί να
απελευθερωθεί, η αποσύνδεση θα πρέπει να
συνεχιστεί μέχρι να βρεθεί η αιτία και να
αποκατασταθεί.
6.2. Έλεγχος των υδραυλικών μερών.
Remove following this sequence: the screws
(25.28), the washers (25.26) the screws (25.32)
and the safety circlip (25.30). Extract the preload
support ring (25.24) and, if present, the spacer
(25.23). Remove the preload ring stages (25.20)
and his o-ring (25.22) using a bearings extractor
and a steel rod (fig. n°1) or, with the electropump in
vertical position, moving it up and down (fig. n°2).
It is now possible to remove all the hydraulic parts
up to the motor and it is possible to extract the
motor from the suction side. In case of pump with
float switch it is possible to pull out the motor up to
float switch arrives to the delivery casing (12.01), if
necessary to extract the motor remove, the delivery
casing (12.01) the jacket cover (76.62) and the
electrical connections as described in fig. n°7 and
then follow the sequence above.

6.3. Ελαιοθάλαμος.
Εάν ο ελαιοθάλαμος πρέπει να
επιθεωρείται
Ακολουθείστε τις οδηγίες: '

Ελαφρά πίεση στον ελαιοθάλαμο.
Πρέπει να υπάρχει μέριμνα για να Αποφύγετε
ξαφνικό φορτσάρισμα του λαδιού. Περιμένετε
καθώς το περίβλημα του ελαιοθαλάμου (34.03)
να έχει κρυώσει.
Remove the plugs (34.08) and the o-rings (34.09),
remove the oil inside the oil chamber and extract

the rotating part of mechanical seal, remove the
oil chamber cover (34.03).
Εκτελέστε αυτή την λειτουργία κρατώντας το
μοτέρ σε κατακόρυφη θέση. Όταν ξαναγεμίσετε
το δοχείο, χρησιμοποιείστε μόνο λευκό λάδι για
μηχανήματα τροφοδοτικής και φαρμακευτικής
χρήσης (ποσότητα = 0,095 λίτρα).
Αρχικά, ανυψώστε το σταθερό μέρος της
σφραγίδας (36.00)
ελαιοδοχείου (34.00) και μετά το περίβλημα του
ελαιοδοχείου (34.03) στο περίβλημα του μοτέρ
(70.00) με τη λαστιχένια φλάντζα (70.09).
6.4. Inspection of capacitor and elec-
trical connections chamber
Remove the screws (14.20) and remove the deli-
very casing (12.01) pressing with a tool on the
provided notch (see fig. n°7), in case of pump with
float switch before remove the delivery casing
(12.01) it is necessary to remove the screw
(96.09). Remove the screws (82.11) and the o-
rings (82.12), extract the jacket cover (76.62) with
cables.
6.5. Pump re-assembly (recommen-
ded only for experts)
If the electropump is completely dismantled follow
these instructions: assembly the motor jacket with
winding (76.01) with all motor components,
mechanical seals and hydraulic parts as in fig.
n°3. Install an eyebolt M8 at the end of the shaft,
use this eyebolt to lift the motor and hydraulic part
and insert it in the external jacket (14.02). Check
the position of the reference notch and the refe-
rence height (fig. n°5), complete the re-assembly
following the sequence on fig. n°6. Rotate the
pump and make the electrical connections, close
the jacket cover with the screws (82.11) and the
o-rings (82.12) as show in fig. n°7. To check the
seal of the motor, install on the threaded hole M5
of the jacket cover (76.62) a pressurized air sup-
ply (maximum pressure 2 atm) and immerse the
pump in a water tank. If no leakage are visible,
pull out the pump from the tank, remove the pres-
surized air supply and close the hole with the pro-
per screw (82.02) and o-ring (82.03), as show in
fig.n°8.
7. Ανταλλακτικά.
Όταν παραγγέλνετε
παρακαλούμε σημειώστε όλα τα στοιχεία, τα
νούμερα θέσης στο σχεδιάγραμμα, όπως επίσης
και τα στοιχεία της αντλίας, που αναγράφονται
στο ταμπελάκι της αντλίας.
Κάθε αντλία που χρειαζεται έλεγχο ή/και
επισκευή πρέπει να στέλνετε πίσω με το
καλώδιο.
